Research Interests

The PHISTA Lab seeks to enhance our understanding of public health informatics in addressing critical public health challenges of our times. These challenges include disaster informatics, informatics in vulnerable populations in health and human services, emergency preparedness & response, and reduction of health disparities.  Our work resulted in more than two dozen of peer review publications, book chapters, and National conference presentations over the years.     Media Communication
